FAQs:

1. What if I can’t pickup my box?

If you find yourself unable to make it to our farm stand before closing, no worries! We've got a solution for you. We can arrange a next-day pickup from our cold storage during regular business hours. In case you're out of town, we're more than happy to provide a one-time credit for a missed box, valued at $24. This credit can be used to purchase fresh produce at our farm stand. To claim a missed box credit, please provide at least 1 week advance notice. Alternatively, feel free to invite a friend to pick up your box or let us know if you'd like to donate it.

2. Can I use my EBT benefits to pay for a CSA share?

We're actively working towards making this possible, but as of now, we don't accept EBT payments. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate this process. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us at holmanfamilyfarmnw@gmail.com.

3. Is everything organic?

At Holman Family Farm, we are dedicated to employing organic and sustainable growing practices. While we are not yet certified as an organic farm, rest assured that the produce we source from other farms is also grown using organic practices, even if not all farms are officially certified. Your health and the environment are top priorities for us. If you have any further inquiries, don't hesitate to contact us at holmanfamilyfarmnw@gmail.com.
